Dedicated to the memory of Susan Hart
This site is a tribute to Susan Hart, who died peacefully on Monday 21st December 2020 in hospital after suffering the effects of Covid. She was much loved Mum to Louise, Alison and Oliver, Grandma to Naomi and Joshua, and special friend to many.
Family flowers only please. Donations in lieu will support Cancer Research UK and BlueCross for Pets, and may be given online by selecting the links on the right hand side of this page.
We plan to have a more personal celebration of Susan's life in summer 2021, post covid restrictions, and hope you will be able to join us - more details to follow.
